कादवा सहकारी साखर कारखान्याला विद्यार्थ्याची अभ्यास भेट दि.- ०१/१२/२०२२
कर्म .रा.स. वाघ शैक्षणिक व आरोग्य संस्थेचे कला वाणिज्य आणि विज्ञान महाविद्यालय येथील वाणिज्य शाखेतील विद्यार्थ्यांनी २०२२-२३ शैक्षणिक वर्षात कादवा सहकारी साखर कारखाना व इथेनॉल प्रोजेक्ट राजारामनगर मातेरेवाडीयेथे भेट दिली.
महाविद्यालयाच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातच कादवा सहकारी साखर कारखाना आहे.हा कारखाना सहकारी तत्वावर चालू आहे. कारखान्यात उसा पासून कश्या पद्धतीने साखर बनविली जाते.कोणत्या प्रक्रियाच्या माध्यमातून साखर निर्मिती होते .याची पाहणी विद्यार्थ्यांनी केली.सुरूवातीला उसा ची कटिंग करणे ,त्या नंतर तो फिरत्या पट्ट्या च्या साह्याने पुढे वाहून नेला जातो.त्या नंतर त्याचा रस काढला जातो.नंतर भुसाच्या साह्याने वीज निर्मिती केली जाते.व काही भुसा कारखान्याच्या बाहेर टाकला जातो.पुढे रसाचे गाळप होऊन मोठ्या टाक्या मध्ये टाकला जातो .त्याला उष्णता दिली जाते.अशी प्रकिया विविध टाक्या मध्ये केली जाते.त्या मध्ये chemical मिक्स केली जातात .आणि नंतर त्याचे रुपांतर साखरे मध्ये होते.त्या साखरेचीpacking केली जाते.व नंतर गोडाऊन ला साठवणूक केली जाते.या सर्व प्रक्रियाची पाहणी विद्यार्थ्यांनी केली .व सर्व प्रकिया पर्यवेक्षका कडून समजावून घेतल्या.
कादवा सहकारी साखर कारखाण्याच्या ३० के एल पी डी क्षमतेच्या आसवनी प्रकल्पातून बी-हेवी व सी-हेवी मोलासेस पासून इथेनॉल निर्मिती केली गेली आहे .तसेचया प्रकल्पांअंतर्गत येणाऱ्या सेक्शनवाइज नोलोड ट्रायल्स,वॉटर ट्रायल्स तसेच इतर महत्वाच्या बाबी कशा तयार झाल्या याची पाहणी विद्यार्थ्यांनी केली. व इथेनॉल निर्मितीची पद्धत पर्यवेक्षकाकडून समजाऊन घेतली.इथेनॉल प्रकल्पातून बाहेर पडणारा स्पेंटवॉश प्रक्रियेकरिता बायोगॅस प्लांट,स्पिरीट प्लांट व बायोकम्पोष्टिंग प्रकल्पाकडील सर्व कामे कशी पूर्ण झालेली आहे.तसेच कारखान्यातून निघणाऱ्या प्रेसमड व स्पेन्टवॉश पासून उच्च प्रतीचे कंपोस्ट खत तयार होणार आहे. येणाऱ्या काळामध्ये निश्चितच या प्रकल्पाचा फायदा समाजातील अनेक घटकांना होणार आहे .
या कारखाण्याच्या अभ्यास क्षेत्र भेटीसाठी वाणिज्य विभाग प्रमुख प्रा.सोनवणे ए.ए.,प्रा.डोखळे एन.डी.,कला विभाग प्रमुख प्रा.गवळी एन. व्ही.,प्रा.पाटील एस. ए.,प्रा.लोखंडे आर.बी. प्रा.गोरे एस.एन.तसेच इतर प्राध्यापक या सर्वांनी पुढाकार घेतला.व क्षेत्र भेटी चे आयोजन यशस्वी केले.
Program Report of the Industry Visit
Kadwa Cooperative Sugar Factory and Ethanol Project
Arts Commerce and Science College of Karm R.S.Wagh Educational and Health Institute visited Kadwa Cooperative Sugar Factory and Ethanol Project Rajaramnagar Materewadi during the academic year 2022-23.
There is Kadwa Cooperative Sugar Factory the working area of the college. This factory is running on a cooperative basis. How sugar is made from sugarcane in the factory. Through which process sugar is produced. This was observed by the students. At the beginning, the sugarcane is cut, then it is carried forward with the help of a rotating belt. After that, its juice is extracted. Then electricity is generated with the help of chaff. And some of the chaff is thrown out of the factory. Next, the juice is filtered and put in a big tank. It is heated. This process is done in various tanks. Chemicals are mixed in them. And then it is converted. The sugar is packed and then stored in the godown. All these processes were inspected by the students and all the processes were explained by the supervisor.Ethanol has been produced from B-heavy and C-heavy molasses in the 30 KLPD capacity distillation project of Kadwa Co-operative Sugar Factory. Also, the students inspected how the section wise no load trials, water trials and other important aspects under these projects were prepared. And the method of ethanol production was understood from the supervisor. How all the works of biogas plant, spirit plant and biocomposting project have been completed for the process of spentwash coming out of the ethanol plant. Also, high quality compost fertilizer is going to be prepared from the pressmud and spentwash coming out of the factory. In the future, this project will definitely benefit many sections of the societyHead of Commerce Department Prof. Sonavane A.A., Prof. Dokhale N.D., Head of Art Department Prof. Gawli N. visited the study area of this factory. V., Prof. Patil S. A., Prof. Lokhande R.B. Prof. Gore SN as well as other professors all took the initiative and organized the field visit successfully.
