About Political Science Department
The Department of English is one of the prestigious and largest departments of the college both in term of efficient faculty and the variety of courses it offers the department has been playing a significant role in educating and empowering the students for more than half a century The Department also has a literary society that aims at developing critical thinking among students of literature to enable them to become good researchers. Literature being a cultural product of society offers insight into the complexities of the socio-political affairs both at the language but also helps to become good human beings. The Department focuses on providing an overview of literature of form aesthetic, linguistic, socio-political and cultural context. It has latest teaching aids and equipment such as language lab interactive smart boards and internet facility along with over Head Projector etc. to facilitate learning as well as teaching The Department has the credit of organizing national seminars panel discussions extension lectures and other need based activities for the overall development of the students along with traditional degree courses.

We have affiliated of Savitribai Phule Pune University for UG Level and provided education of general level and Special level subject with business administration
Mission:-
- The overall mission of Political Science department is to promote literacy –specifically the ability to read write and think critically.
- This mission includes the fostering of such technological literacy as information retrieval research ,and communication literate individuals can gather, analyze and communicate information effectively as well as think creatively and draw independent conclusions skills that are the cornerstone of a healthy democracy and key to the future of an urban area in an increasingly information based economy.
- The department Political Science helps students build knowledge of the content and method of content and method of literary studies English education and academic professional and creative writing.
AIM:-
Our aim is, students can manipulate apparatus and perform experiments safely.
OBJECTIVES:-
- To Build up students listening , speaking, reading and writing skills in language
- Literature: to increase students’ knowledge of English and American literature and broaden their international vision, in hopes of nurturing their cultural sensitivity in the humanities.
- To introduce students to the structure meaning and function of English language
- To improve spoken and written communication skills
- Develop experimental and investigative scientific skills.
